The really bad hiring process. They called me two months after I applied to ask if I was still available. By that time, I had already landed a good-paying job, and I was happy where I was working.

Few phone calls, questions about what I am interested in, etc. Then another few calls the next month. Another month passed, and I had finally met recruiters in person. They asked a few easy questions, and I passed. That's all. The surprise was that I
