Really good company culture. As an employee, your opinion really counts. There are a lot of projects, and if you want to join another, it is always possible. On a regular basis, you are asked about it, so even if you are shy, you do not have to initiate.

There is a clear career path. Everybody has a dedicated person to help with their career.

Lots of learning opportunities, supported certificates.

Base payment is under the market average. If this wouldn't be true, this would be the best workplace.

Please rethink the payment, at least for experienced employees. We lost a lot of really good developers because other companies can pay 1.5x more. It is a huge number, a big difference. And even though we had salary increases and promotions this year, the salaries still do not reach the market average :(
