The workload is so heavy it takes you at least 12 hours a day to complete the daily goals. Sprints are very tight and with unachievable goals every week. No overtime is paid despite of this.
Pay is below average; it definitely doesn't worth the burnout.
Hostile environment as the work culture is Indian.
Consider work/life balance and a competitive salary if you want to avoid turnover.
