In general, they don't control you as much during the day as long as you are able to do your tasks. On the other hand, there are people who can help you a lot and you can learn.
A lot of disorganization with the client and absurd bureaucracy. Some project managers couldn't care less, and projects end up being a chaotic mess without control. Some projects can be painful to endure. Very bad hours, with no possibility of flexibility in the weekly schedule.
