Worst experience with Sainsbury's account
No pros as such, because of Sainsbury's manager.
- No proper communication within the team.
- If they have a negative impression of someone on the team, they take that particular resource to a toss.
- They force people to put down papers if they hate someone from the team, which really happened with one of the resources in the team. This is inhumanity and also against the law.
- Worst manager ever. Being a Keralite, she doesn't accept or prefer any Tamilians.
- TCS Sainsbury's account is far better than Accenture in terms of team collaboration, KT, team support, and work-life balance. I know lots of leads who work in TCS UK, that's because of the manager.
