A lot to learn in the company.
Have not encountered any cons yet.
Interview was simple, basic questions. First was an interview where she asked me to write array operations. Then SQL queries. Then there was an MCQ round. It was on basic knowledge of Java, k8s, Docker, and Linux.
The interview process is done properly and on time, but document submission is the worst part, solely due to HR. They do not respond, nor do they inform us about missing documents, even after continuous follow-up.
The interview process includes one written test, two technical rounds, and then the final HR discussion. If the requirement is urgent, then all the rounds may be done in a single day.
