Pay is not competitive. Hiring pay may be reasonable, but annual raises have not kept up with the industry. I am not just speaking for myself, but also for co-workers with whom I have spoken.
Overall, good job. But in order to keep strong talent, you need to do more to make salaries more competitive for developers—not just new employees, but existing ones.
