There are totally four rounds. The first two are elimination rounds, and the third round is non-elimination. The final round is HR. It's a performance-based selection. All rounds are considered, and an average is taken for the selection process. It

Moderate and easily accessible, the exam and everything because the hiring process is very easy. If you have a skill, then you can easily qualify all round within a given period of time.

I applied through college or university. I really hated the interview experience where there is a technical issue I have faced while I am attending the assessment, but they did not give me a chance to attend the re-test.
