Good work culture depends on the project.
No cons for me.
The first one is the technical round, which is focused on Selenium. Then the Manager round, which is focused on process and situation handling. And finally, the HR round for salary discussion and collecting our career details.
Unfortunately, my experience with Accenture was disappointing. The interviewer seemed uninterested in my background and didn’t engage much with my answers. Although I answered all the questions, which were fairly easy, and the conversation went smoot
I applied through a recruiter. Call was rescheduled many times. And when the call finally happened, they didn’t ask any technical level questions. They just asked about my product by searching with AI. No questions were asked about: * Adit * Java *
