Excellent for starting your career. There are many courses you can take, and they almost always hire people without experience to train them in academies.
They are flexible regarding remote work or in case of any emergency you may have.
Guaranteed stability. Dismissals are rare, and tolerance for being on the bench is very high. You really have to perform very poorly to be fired.
Obvious and blatant favoritism. Strangely, managers' relatives and friends are the ones who receive raises and promotions. To a certain extent, this is reasonable, but the pie is too unfairly divided.
Lack of tact in leadership. In many cases, leaders lack tact when addressing their resources, a reflection of many not being prepared for the positions they hold. They are conspicuously absent when problems arise, but are demanding when asking for reports to which they will put their names. They have no certifications and do not propose solutions; they simply follow client orders.
Leadership inconsistencies. Many people perform poorly to meet quotas, and cases of people with escalations in projects do well, but at the end of the day, they claim it's all due to meritocracy.
Poor leveling structure. Too much value is placed on political skills, and many people who are technically strong are forced to look at external offers that easily double the salary Accenture offers.
