Senior level Politics above Team leads. Bothered employees with the name of Utilization ratio. Very few stay if joined between 5-10 years of experience. Process to get small work done where admin, HR, and Travel desk are very careless.
Do an analysis of the attrition rate of mid-career experienced employees; you will get to know the situation in Indian Accenture offices.
For utilization ratios and managers to have a good image in the organization, you should change the technology of newly hired employees. (This has been seen with many of us.) Hiring a candidate with one job description and making them work in another is not appreciable anywhere.
