Not applicable, as I only received an email with two attachments.
The first document is to get my personal information (national information, family information, salary information, etc.).
I'm not sure if it makes sense to request confidential information in the first email I received from Accenture after I applied on LinkedIn.
There were two attachments in Excel. The first document was to refer to pros, and the second document was to get my breakdown of my salary (yes, a super detailed breakdown, from my basic salary, different allowances, EPF contribution percentage, Tax ID, etc.).
To me, I don't think it makes sense to provide such detailed personal as well as current job information, so I filled part of the fields in the first document and replied to the sender stating I would provide full details if the interview invitation moved to the end.
There was no reply for days, and I sent an email to follow up, unfortunately with no reply as well.
I'm super curious why Accenture needs such confidential information in just an interview application?
More modern recruiting process
Smooth process, not many tough questions. Basics of ABAP, OOPs ABAP, based on work experience, tough projects handled, contribution to the project, S4 experience, few functional processes, Fiori app development experience, etc.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewer was polite and supportive, taking the time to help me understand and respond to the questions effectively. The interview was conducted virtually and lasted approximately one hour.
It is quite easy. One technical round followed by an HR and technical test. Depending on the project, if it is project-specific hiring, you may have a managerial round too. After that, you will get an HR call for salary discussion.
