The interview process will be smoother. There will be two rounds. One round will be technical. In the technical round, they will ask basic coding questions live. The other round will be an HR round.

Questions on the sales module, security module, deployment process, plugin pipeline, Power Automate flow, Power Pages, what are wave changes that come from Microsoft for D365, field security profiles, and Power BI.

First round is a technical round, easy to intermediate questions like variables, OOPs concepts, and pointers, basic data design, and basic coding in Python. And HR round: salary discussion, location, shift timing, etc.
