You can't choose your domain and initial project if you are joining as a fresher. The luck factor plays an important role. If you get a good development project with a good team, then it's a lottery.
Workload is sometimes too much. We can't explore the available resources and services provided by Accenture.

The interview was 3 rounds, and the client interview was also scheduled before the L2 round. After all the interviews, HR didn't even bother to call and tell me when the position was on hold, and she didn't even receive phone calls.
