Overall a good place to work
They have a good balance between work and life. Almost all the people are willing to help you, and the work environment is so good. They know how to recognize your extra effort. One of the best companies I have worked with.
In general, the salaries are in the middle-lower of the average when compared with other technology companies. However, they offer variable payment, like bonuses, that depend on your performance, so you can earn extra money that way. Another con is the fact that growth (professional and salary) is rather slow.
