1. 10-hour work schedule (9 hours work + 1 hour break).

2. Variable pay is a good percentage of your total CTC. You only get half the variable salary mentioned in your CTC for the first year (if you receive a top rating, only for lateral hires).

It does not make any difference as they are not going to pay heed to it.

1. The 9-hour mandatory swipe-in time is wrong; it should be tracked on a quarterly basis, not fortnightly.
2. Don't take the TL or AM's word on how the project is going on; take the time to know the people who are working for you.
