Bad management. Some managers should really be removed from the company. They do a lot of micromanagement, like maintaining Excel for check-in and check-out times. They then use this for your performance, and this will happen only a few months before appraisal. Duo leads are also trying to be smart. They promise you onsite and promotions, and then at the end of the year, they will say there's no budget.
The worst thing to happen is the new performance process. They say that now they don't compare you with other employees, but they still do at each and every level.
Remove micromanagement and reward and focus on good performance.
Management wants employees to learn all possible technologies available in the market, but with petty salaries. Implement strict skill-based performance as soon as possible.
Create a team to overview performance processes city-wise.
Start anonymous reverse feedback from employees to managers as well.
Take grievances seriously against management, otherwise, all the good employees will leave the company.
The process was easy. I was asked questions based on my CV, and the interview went well. If you are confident, they appreciate you. Questions are purely based on the resume only.
Good process for the first and second rounds of interviews, including technical and discussion rounds. The technical round is the main one, where you need to focus on your area of expertise, followed by other discussions regarding aspects of the job.
Three technical interviews. No clear information from the recruiter on how I fared in the interview. The HR person was not polite and ready to hang up if you didn't agree with her. Basically, their recruitment team is not good enough.
