NO AEM WORK
If you don't want to grow, then this is an awesome place to work. They don't give you any CQ5 work/AEM work.
10 hours of working shift. No IT company takes 10 hours, apart from Accenture.
Frustrating environment with minute-level work.
They will give you perks with variable pay, but the first year you get nothing as a variable. They will give you a lump sum of 13 lacs per annum, but what you will receive is almost equivalent to what you earned from where you came.
There are many hidden clauses in the offer to make you foolish.
HR will take money out of your CTC from the consultant through whom you are hired.
Don't come if you are joining Accenture as an AEM Developer. But for married people, it's a good company. Not of much work.
If you are at manager level, then only you can join, else in the beginning, don't go for it. You will learn nothing but will forget your CQ5 knowledge that you had previously.
Give credits to the person who is a specialist in a technology.
Good process for the first and second rounds of interviews, including technical and discussion rounds. The technical round is the main one, where you need to focus on your area of expertise, followed by other discussions regarding aspects of the job.
The process was easy. I was asked questions based on my CV, and the interview went well. If you are confident, they appreciate you. Questions are purely based on the resume only.
Three technical interviews. No clear information from the recruiter on how I fared in the interview. The HR person was not polite and ready to hang up if you didn't agree with her. Basically, their recruitment team is not good enough.
