There are many good things.
Out of many good things, there is one point that its own employees don't like recently: its cafeteria meal system.
In the name of cashless, Accenture is forcing employees to spend more money to pay the third-party application, Hungerbox, for under-quantity food.
Neither the vendor nor the employees are happy with this kind of inhumanity. You cannot simply buy food without the application, not even with cash and card.
Stop hungerbox and give some space to your employees in their personal lives.
Good process for the first and second rounds of interviews, including technical and discussion rounds. The technical round is the main one, where you need to focus on your area of expertise, followed by other discussions regarding aspects of the job.
The process was easy. I was asked questions based on my CV, and the interview went well. If you are confident, they appreciate you. Questions are purely based on the resume only.
Three technical interviews. No clear information from the recruiter on how I fared in the interview. The HR person was not polite and ready to hang up if you didn't agree with her. Basically, their recruitment team is not good enough.
