Working with an international team remotely.

They ignore promises made in the interview before joining the company. During the interview, my desires were to work in an embedded project using C++, Yocto, and other technologies used in the embedded area, and the manager accepted all my requests. However, after joining Accenture, the manager directed me to an Android-based project.

Feedback mechanism is crap. After working 10 months in a project, I wanted to switch to another project. My manager, who never gave any feedback so far, gave lots of several negative feedbacks. Meanwhile, the Company Turkey Director asked me, "Please stay in this project a bit more; this project is important for us." They acted like adolescent and unexperienced persons.

Steal performance bonus. As I resisted switching to another project, they did not pay my performance bonus for trivial reasons.

Please be respectful to the engineer/employee leaving their previous company and joining your company.
