Work-life balance and flexible timing
Nothing as such in my opinion.
I was asked which projects I have worked on, what skills I have, and whether I am familiar with some of the methodology adopted by the industry. It was a comfortable experience overall.
The interview was conducted virtually. Initially, an assignment test needed to be given, followed by the technical interview. The interview process is smooth. If you clear that round, you will have to give a second round.
Everything there was good. From the junior level HR to the final discussion, everything was taken care of, and they made sure not to make the candidate wait. Even the follow-ups happened.
