I do not recommend you join this company. Most of the projects are of a support kind. You should be ready to relocate to ANY location if the current project gets over. You will definitely lose your technical knowledge if you work here for one year. On-call support, 10 hours of work, threatening managers, and here comes the most important one: you should be ready for a night shift.
Make it nine hours of work. While recruiting the resources into the project, ask them if they are okay for night shifts and support work. Try to be transparent.
