Long working hours, bad hikes, good clients.
Night shifts, poor management, hire and fire company.
There were all together 3 rounds of interview. First technical. Second managerial. And lastly HR round. The process was smooth, but it took around 2 months to end. They also took time to release the offer.
The interview was pretty good. Basics of Java 8 and Spring Boot questions were asked. * Annotations used in Spring Boot * How microservices connect to each other: synchronous and asynchronous calls * Involving microservices as well
It was good. I had two rounds of interviews. They were based on my technical skills in Java Spring Boot. Both rounds were technical and included some behavioral questions, like conflict resolution.
