It used to be a really nice workplace before September 2013.
Ex-Infosys folks in top management are breaking the cultural fabric and running it like an Indian MNC. Politics are on the rise. People for opportunities are sometimes selected based on their personal rapport rather than content or merit.
Making 9.5 hours mandatory in the office was a bad move. WFH only with senior exec approval takes away flexibility.
