Good pay for laterals. Free transport. Lots of trainings.
You have to attend five rounds of client interviews to get a project.
Even after clearing interviews, you don't have any choice over the projects.
Management treats employees very badly.
People on the bench for nearly six months.
Lot of firing of employees.
Try to cater to employee needs. Treat them as humans, not just resources.
