HR is useless. Policies are good in writing only. Even no one cares if women employees are harassed.

Nobody knows whom to contact if there is any issue. They ask everyone to raise a ticket, where there is no guarantee that it will be resolved.

If you are working at a client location, then you are in no man's land. The client will treat you as slaves, and Accenture will do nothing as they are getting money with 0 investment.

Buttering is mandatory if you are willing to get a promotion.
Changing views does not matter until and unless the mentality of the enforcer is changed.
