Good salary, good culture, and work satisfaction. A sense of pride is always associated with the brand. Also, there were good people at the senior level in the US.
Service delivery is not orchestrated well sometimes by lateral managers. Managers who were in Accenture before 2003 are really good leaders to work for.
Should work more aggressively to sustain the good culture as it was before 2007 and try to retrieve a leaving employee who has shown good commitment to the organization.
