Shortage of experienced developers. It's hard to find good, skilled programmers to work with. In other words, there are too many junior staff.

2 rounds overall: technical and HR. Questions were mostly based on your technology stack. Basic and advanced level questions were asked. Once selected in the technical round, they will proceed to HR.
