I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. You need to register online for their process. The interview process consisted of: * Initial interview * Skill interview * Phone interview * Final interview

Everything there was good. From the junior level HR to the final discussion, everything was taken care of, and they made sure not to make the candidate wait. Even the follow-ups happened.

I don't like the process. At many times, people get jobs through references, and others, even though they are not up to the mark. I see they have regional disparities too.
