Awesome people. For a new entry, your colleagues/peers would quickly make up as a friend's gang. You would not miss your college even a bit.

The same attitude exists even as you go higher. Your juniors tend to become comfortable with you, and vice versa. Truly a best place to work.

Management is supportive, but it depends on each one's view. I had very supportive superiors throughout my tenure.

• Not work shifts, especially if you are into quality assurance.

• Not a justifiable hike for a person who crosses 5 years of tenure. A person with an experience of 4 years who had a recent jump to Accenture would earn more than a person with 6 years of experience in the firm.

Take care of your long-stay employees. I quit not because of my superiors or work, but because of the care-free attitude towards finance for long-term employees.
