Pros

Good company to work with. Nice opportunities for learning. Leave and vacation policies are good. Employees can transfer their leaves to their colleagues who are in urgent need.

Cons

There are quite a few cons.

  1. The variable pay percentage is too high (15.65%); you never get the full pay despite your rating.
  2. No transparency in payroll. They will not give a straightforward answer to your query. Sadly, Accenture is not able to maintain its own payroll process; it's been outsourced to Allsec.
  3. Average working hours are 10 hours, which is more than any of its competitors, and managers' expectations are beyond that.

Login time is 8:30 am, so company transport comes to the place by 7 am itself. Logout time is 6:30 pm, and company transport leaves by 6:30 pm, reaching home by 8:30 am. If we extend the shift, we will reach home by 9 or 9:30 pm. No work-life balance.

  1. They have a strange number of policies, some of which are unwanted. Ex: To get your ID card's tag, you need to raise a request with your project name, senior manager name, WBSE# for billing, and etc.
Advice to Management

Please maintain transparency on the payroll process and variable payouts. Please do consider our work-life balance.
