Work will be best if you get a good project, team, and manager. Good allowance for shifts. Good work culture exists in some offices and in some teams.
The Chennai office doesn't have a work culture. Most of the people in Chennai are stupid, thinking that people who stay late work more, instead of evaluating the work they do, except for a few who are genuine. Some teams/projects are the worst to work with because of nonsensical managers who lack the skills or knowledge of management. Some people are two-faced liars. It's better to prefer a different location.
There are so many unskilled managers and assistant managers in the Chennai office who disrespect fellow team members. They don't have knowledge about the work and are a waste to the company. Because of them, I have seen many good, skilled, and hard-working people leave Accenture. Find those stupid individuals and kick them out so that the Chennai Accenture office can be saved.

Good, two rounds of technical and one HR, which is good. In the first round, I was asked a basic Java-related question. In the second round, I received Spring Boot microservices architecture-related questions.
One round after initial screening, it was technical, after which I had an HR round on the same day. The offer was a week later, and I accepted it. It was a good overall experience for a 5+ years experienced professional.
