Pros

No pros at Accenture, it's full of cons. A worst company.

Cons

"Management" refers to Assistant Managers (AM) and above.

Accenture Chennai is the worst company I have ever seen.

It is filled with 100% management politics.

Worst management team.

Management teams do not give complete variable pay or even 50% of it, so that management teams can increase their income. Variable pay is also part of the salary.

In fact, the worst management team will showcase one's hard work as the work of another team, which is not even involved 5% of the work activities.

They always use the word "visibility" for everything. If they only see visibility, then Accenture can recruit television or movie actors for more visibility.

If an employee forgets their ID, they have to pay ₹200.00 as a deposit because they do not trust employees. Accenture needs to understand that employees are not strangers; they will not run away with their ID card.

If an employee loses their ID, then the employee needs to go outside and search for a post office or bank, then have to take a demand draft, and the process will kill you before you complete it.

In the Accenture food court, the Vasi V5 vendor provides half-cooked food daily. Many times I made a complaint, but management does not care for the same.

Advice to Management

Please, if you like to do politics, then start your own party and do them.
