Brand name - pretty much everybody knows Accenture. It is good to have it listed on your resume.
It is not easy to advance to a manager position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. Interview went well. Most of the questions were on core Java and microservices. A few questions included: * HashMap vs ConcurrentHashMap * How HashMap works internally * Explain Auto-configurat
It was easy with HR. There was one technical phone interview and one in-person interview. It was fairly easy. I was made an offer before I reached the parking lot, but didn't like their benefits.
GD and basics on the technical round are the common criteria for selection. AMCAT is also useful (added advantage). There will be panels for interviewing, and CSE people will have a higher edge.
