Well, I really had a good experience in terms of learning, research, and enjoyment.
Such experience completely depends upon the work environment in which you are working, and I believe the work environment is created by the people around you, not just with the facilities provided by the employer.
Someone might be wondering, if all things are falling so nicely, why people don’t stay. A bitter truth is, in the IT industry, people may or may not keep moving to grab new opportunities, depending upon the comfort zone they have.
Not much more, but I don't like to remember bad things.
