Pros

Great growth opportunities, five weeks of vacation, great corporate philosophy, competitive pay, and top-of-the-line benefits such as 100% vesting in 401K, 100% matching on 401K up to 6% of salary, excellent health insurance benefits including dental and vision care, and stock options.

Accenture is very community-oriented with numerous opportunities for volunteer service programs locally and internationally.

Accenture also has an excellent zero-tolerance policy on discrimination and harassment in the workplace and works very hard to ensure an ideal work environment for everyone.

Cons

The only thing I can consider a "Con" would be that certain organizational groups may not provide many opportunities for advancement. Often, you must work for a year or more at the next higher pay grade level before getting promoted to that pay grade. This means you are always working at a pay grade higher than your own throughout your career. However, many companies work this way, and it is just part of the corporate world around us.

Advice to Management

None, really. It's about as good as it gets at Accenture.
