Work experience:
Disrespecting managers (especially towards technical work). Little or no training. Managers quite often have no software development experience, so they have no appreciation of work.
Walk the talk and treat your technical people with respect.
Give them the training they will need in the near future.
Quality over quantity with respect to deliveries.
I interviewed with Accenture recently (Jan 2021), and the process took almost one month. There were a total of three rounds: an online test (basic Java, Spring, and Hibernate questions), followed by a technical (Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate) roun
The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
Good. Not much question asked. Stands out as a dream company because of its reputation for innovation and excellence. The chance to collaborate with talented professionals on challenging projects excites me, and I admire the company’s focus on growth
