Mean managers never recognize talent, given good ratings or promotions only for long-term future resources.
I joined the company in 2014. There were 3 rounds of interview. * The first was a telephonic interview. * The second was a face-to-face interview. * The last was an HR interview. The process was pretty smooth.
Technical questions asked were related to the skills stacks applied. Also, the interview panel is good in terms of asking logical questions, aside from just terminologies related to the technology.
There was only one technical round. Then HR called to discuss the salary. Usually, there will be multiple technical and business rounds. But I only had one level of interview.
