Pros

Brand name, free cabs, quality work, multiple domains, work-life balance, if you are staying in Gurgaon.

Cons

Location instability - If an employee is on the bench, he/she will be forced to move to other locations as per project demands, and these days they are getting very strict on this. Even for returning mothers, they have a policy in place, but still, they struggle a lot to get a project in the same location. Even if you are hired for one location, they can ask you to move to another location.

Variable Pay - The fundamental principle is if there are 10 employees in a team, then obviously, everyone will not get the top rating, and the rest of the team will have to suffer for the variable part. So, do not expect that you will get full variable pay unless you have a top rating.

Notice Period - A 3-month non-negotiable notice period. When I say non-negotiable, I mean it. They will not let you go even a single day before the system-generated LWD.

No retention policy.

Advice to Management

No one pays heed to your advice, and management is smart enough; they do not need any advice.
