Pros
  1. Pretty systematic.
  2. Encouragement to learn and grow.
  3. Plenty of opportunities, rewards, and recognition.
  4. Big brand name. Easy to find another job!
  5. One can spend a good span (5-6 years) of time in this company.
  6. Work in almost every technology possible.
  7. Respect for individuals (one of the core values of Accenture).
  8. Policy oriented. India and China are exempted from the benefits of many policies, though. For example, if you want to migrate to Accenture in some other country, Indians and Chinese can't do that!
Cons
  1. India gets outsourced work, so the work can be dull, lame, or laborious at times.
  2. The client is treated like a god. (In Accenture, the client is not the third party but another Accenture office in other countries, which outsources the lame work to Accenture India.)
  3. A paradise for people at TL level and above.
  4. People good at functional knowledge succeed faster than those who are geeks.
Advice to Management

Try to retain good people leaving because of low salaries. The new joiners won't ask any less.
