Work-life balance is good. You won't have to stretch after working hours or work on weekends.

Many projects have a work-from-home option too.

• Few development projects and mostly support projects.
• Managers are unprofessional and liars. They'll falsely promise anything to retain employees on their projects.
• It's extremely difficult to roll off from a project when you want, though they may kick you out of a project anytime they need to.

Be professional and do not play around with the aspirations of people, especially those who are just starting their careers. Take their preferences and aspirations into consideration.
