Gratuity is not from your CTC. Accenture gives it if you stay for 5 years, which is just almost a month of your salary.

Yearly hike is between 5-10%, which is okay compared to other giants.

Cons

Many are there:

Accenture's iteration rate is very high, and people are leaving because Accenture pays salaries much less than the market rate for their experience. Employee-friendly policies are diminishing fast. Promotions are only granted if you meet your manager's expectations on time; otherwise, you'll wait for a year. As usual, politics are always present. Don't stay here more than 2-3 years, as you will fall far behind the market in terms of salary and technology. There is very little opportunity for learning, as you will primarily work in a specific technology role, limiting your learning scope. There are many more issues, but instead of this company, consider a mid-tier or small company where you might get a 100% hike and a lot of fast learning. This should be your last company or your retiring company.

Advice to Management

Instead of increasing the employee count, focus on retaining good talent, which is leaving you very rapidly. Then, you bring a wasteful, non-technical resource on double the package than the one who left you.
