2. Onshore opportunities are fewer and only come if you are lucky.
3. Cross-training to an area of interest or technologies.

Although Accenture is hiring in good numbers, that's very good. But take diligent steps not to degrade the quality of resources getting hired, especially fresh from colleges. This impacts the overall professional environment of the organization, the motivation of the supervisor, and adversely affects appraisals.

Please do not compare within the Indian market (e.g., TCS, Infosys) when coming to appraisals. Quantity of a huge employee bank should not be compromised with quality.

Accenture was a dream IT company till 2007. We are putting too much effort on cheap cost, profit making. Please take steps forward to create a good Indian client database.
