In some areas of Accenture Technology, some HR Partners show weakness in handling the behavior of managers, resulting in a not-so-good departmental culture that is not aligned with the corporate culture that they would like to promote.
Do regular checks on how leaders handle their projects or departments.
Talk to the people and make sure they stay anonymous to avoid retaliation.
