Good experience for a beginner.
No work-life balance (i.e., working on weekends).
It is good and covered all the basics of JAVA and JS. There is a delayed interview process. Basic concepts covered: * Oops concepts * Multithreading * Exceptional handling * Strings * JS DOM manipulation.
I don't like the process. At many times, people get jobs through references, and others, even though they are not up to the mark. I see they have regional disparities too.
It was good. I had two rounds of interviews. They were based on my technical skills in Java Spring Boot. Both rounds were technical and included some behavioral questions, like conflict resolution.
