Good client relationships and direct communication, work-life balance, city work, big company, good for entry level, flexible schedule.
Bad salary, career evolution slow, high degrees don't want the fast progress in new people, formal wearing, only few changes in projects, no international projects, too much interview steps.
Salary should be better.
Progression should be faster.
