Working on Accenture solutions, at the beginning of your career, gives you the opportunity to access very interesting clients/projects. The company offers a good starting salary and great facilities for employees.
The laddering can be quite unfair and is ridiculously difficult to go up. It depends more on the circumstances of the project than on your real abilities.
I think that the laddering process should be taken care of, and more recognition of people with great tech abilities should be made.
