Pros

Lenient. As long as you deliver, you may enjoy freedoms unheard of in other companies.

Good compensation package. Definitely competitive, but not top-tier.

Top-tier non-cash benefits. Very high Maxicare premium, retirement compensation, stock investment option.

Insanely involved and modern policies. Gender and disability inclusive, very anti-"workplace abuse", data privacy trainings.

Very non-stressful environment. Walk up to your friends and joke around if you're not busy, laugh and joke while you code, and ask for help whenever you need.

Cons

Lenient. You'll have to discipline yourself, and nobody is going to force you to do your work correctly.

Too forgiving. Underperforming is not punished well enough. There are people that are super underqualified and still get to stay for long and even climb the ladder.

Too many people. Accenture hires like crazy. As a result, there is no shortage of new hires, both promising and not so promising. The best talents, especially the quiet ones, are sometimes crowded out of the spotlight (though not too much).

Advice to Management

Hire less, focus on getting better hires. Do not be afraid to invest heavily and make an effort to discover existing talent; they literally prop up the company.
