An SSE could have a pay range of 35K PHP to 80K PHP, depending on whether they are homegrown versus a newly hired employee.
There's a chance that you will be placed into technologies with no job market. The good thing is you can request to be moved to a separate project that has your desired skill, but this is not always the case.
Prepare to upskill while in the company for at least a month or a year so you can switch jobs to your desired skill.
