Same with any other company, politics is there.
Employees generally don't like to be micromanaged.
In this hybrid work setup, it's normal to be "away" in Teams for a while. We're hoping that output-based performance is recognized instead of those who generally speak more and are more involved.
There are many employees who prefer to work silently but are good at their jobs.
